Our Story

My journey into the world of food began in 2013 with a humble weekend food trailer, serving tacos and beans to my local community. What started as a small side hustle quickly grew into a full-time passion as I expanded my menu and embraced the joy of sharing my cooking with others.

My love for food was sparked in my childhood, watching my mom in the kitchen and learning alongside her, my aunts, and my grandma—especially during the holidays when we all came together to make tamales. Those moments shaped my connection to tradition, family, and flavor.

After getting married, I deepened my exploration of traditional Mexican cooking, mastering beloved dishes like the handmade corn tortillas my husband grew up with.

From treasured family recipes to new creations, every dish I make carries a piece of that journey. It’s an honor to share my version of Tex-Mex cuisine with you—rooted in tradition, made with love, and always served from the heart.
